Created an employer branding strategy for Microsoft Slovakia to attract Gen Z as a semestral project for Nexteria Leadership Academy. Led a team of five that conducted research among 176 Gen Z respondents, identified their perspectives of ideal company communication and proposed a research-based strategy that breaks down stereotypes about working in technology, IT and Microsoft.
