I have 6+ years of experience in the restaurant industry. In late 2009 I started as a server in FOH at Olive Garden-Mesquite, I became a certified trainer in a year and stayed with the company for almost three years. I then took that experience to Preston Hollow in mid 2011 being part of the opening crew of Meso Maya. After a year I was recommended by a regular costumer to join the opening of Mico Rodriguez's newest venture in Highland Park, Mr. Mesero, and was part of the team for two years.One of Mr. Mico's family members invited me to be part of the grand opening of the Trinity Groves project in Oak Cliff. As a result I became part of the opening crew at Amberjax, fish Market and Grille. I became and stayed close friends with the family owners and have contributed with them in other projects, as I left the restaurant to work with them as a freelance graphic designer at the end of 2014.At the beginning of 2015 -as a personal request from Mr. Mico, due to my familiarity with regulars and my ability to connect with them, I was ask to join the second location's team on Henderson Avenue, serving at the FOH but mainly serving on caterings and special event services until July 2015. At the same I held this position, I became a barista during early mornings, as a second income at Bolsa Mercado.I met Mr. Kam Naidoo as a regular customer at Bolsa Mercado, also in Oak Cliff. As I speak English and Spanish, he offered me a temp position to finish the year 2015 covering for his administrative assistant's maternity leave at his immigration law office.

The main goal was to provide design solutions across the full spectrum of visual communication: identity, branding, print, interactive, web, packaging and point-of-sale. With a multi-disciplinary team working as a whole, Cocoa Branding trained me into its culture of innovation, adding tremendous value to my creative thinking. As a crucial component of corporate identity, I helped the company develop strategies to effectively apply best practices for the use of a brand, internal and external communication and brand integration.

Without any experience as a fashion designer, but with my creativity and an almost obsessive attention to detail alone under my arm, I prepared and created an out-of-the-box presentation visualized as a shopping guide, and targeting kids-boys and kids-girls fashion trends. Thanks to my enthusiasm during training and a short stint as an agent, I was quickly promoted to coach. The tasks’ development I had, involved mastering both of the systems required in order to achieve first call resolution goals, as well as processing payments, giving general information about credit card accounts, and updating any kind of data.During my career I have learned to work with people and to develop several skills in order to achieve and/or exceed goals and metrics. As a team leader, I always tried to get -and give- the best of my team members. I created forms, action plans and several logistics’ designs for events, collaborating with the employee relations manager and trying to improve the motivation factor at all times at the company. My 22-member team and I received recognition on various occasions for our team and individual work.
