As Business Controller my main tasks were,Control the full value chain since design, buying, production, stocks, sales and margins.In more detail: - Inform sales situation. - Check stock level. - Monitoring production cost, distribution cost, team cost. - Budgeting - Stores control (subsidiary and franchise) - Profit and loss account - Control brand margins.Apart of these tasks, due to my position in decision team with brand CEO and buyer chief I take part in strategy decisions.

My job was as Junionr Controller because the ecommerce area was new in this time and the area doesn’t have a controller. As key tasks, I had to take under control stocks level and sales. Apart of this I supported commercial department in order to give all report they need. My families were shoes & bags fot all zara sections (woman, man and kids).

This experience gave me the experience in the supply chain taking the responsibility of buy the row material, study the flow production detecting where the problems were or where could appear and plan the production orders.

While my studies I found a job at the university in the International Office, this gave me the opportunity to get responsibility with a job and learn English. In this period I did three main tasks:  Prepare new bilateral agreements with new universities.  Receive incomings foreign students.  Help the outcomings students with the documentation.
