Project Manager based in the Community and Cultural Department with responsibility for many inter-agency and inter-department projects and activities. Responsibilities and achievements include:• Liaison with relevant stakeholders and analysis of available research in order to develop departmental strategies and manage the implementation of the same.• Developing Communication and Information Plans to maximise strategic outputs.• Developing operational plans, monitoring systems and performance indicators in order to optimise results.• Strengthening relationships with multiple agencies and stakeholders in order to achieve collaboration and cohesion in the delivery of services at local and national level.• Leading a multi-departmental communication project, aimed at internal and external stakeholders

Management of many Projects and Developments and day to day issues behalf of the Pitch and Putt Union of Ireland, including:• Leadership and management of the strategic planning process for the Pitch and Putt Union of Ireland and production of the accompanying framework document.• Liaison with Sport Ireland, Local Sports Partnerships and other key stakeholders in relation to development programmes in conjunction with member clubs.• Building relationships with multiple stakeholders and best representing the sport on a national scale at forums and workshops.• Managing the development of a new website, an organisational database and social media services for the PPUI and the day to day management of the same.• Leading a multi-agency approach leading to an overhaul of the PPUI Coach Education system and materials to bring it in line with international best practice and delivery of the revised courses.
