Roles and Responsibilities include:• Manage large and high-priority implementation projects.• Direct project implementation teams in best practice project management, change management and software implementation.• Identify and prioritise the product backlog against the overall business goals, based on impact and priority.• Ensure alignment of product and business objectives are maintained, as new solutions are developed.• Identify areas where efficiencies and automation can be achieved in products. • Lead company sales engineering efforts.• Support business development and sales activities as a subject matter expert and key contributor.• Improve client efficiencies, operations and maximise ROI through optimisation of processes.• Key member of the Senior Management Team managing strategic and operational direction.
