SPARK Perform was a product initiative under Bit Order Technologies. As an ISV app built on top of Salesforce.com platform, SPARK was designed to enable gamification of service performance for field service personnel, service partners and service agents. LatLong is a SaaS location intelligence platform helping retail businesses leverage the power of spatial data. I co-founded Latlong with my ex-colleagues from Infosys. In the initial days, we created an SMS/Text based location search and driving directions service for urban users. I developed the NLP based search engine to interpret users text queries in the light of GIS data and categorization of locations based on local conventions and trends.

I started out as an engineer and grew to take on project management roles later on, in projects involving turn-key product development for our customers. I worked mainly with customers in Oil & Gas industry, Media & Entertainment and Industrial printing.

SAP Labs India is one of the earliest R&D centers of a global company to have a footprint in India and has over the period of almost two decades grown in strategic importance for SAP.I was a developer and a part of the early team that worked on SAP's CRM product.
