I have 20 + years of experience in managing offshore product development for software quality assurance as well as development for offshore product development. My major work has been in security domain where I work on various products and technologies hands on in cyber security such as Identity management, SOA gateways, API management, SIEM and UBA. I also ran skill building initiatives for IoT, API management, and SOA. In the Quality assurance my experience has been into different testing types where I work on functional testing as well as security, performance, automation testing areas. I contributed to analysis, execution and management for complete software testing life cycle of various projects in different software development models as well as in Agile. Ihave a handle recruitment of software quality assurance professional across the complete business unit in the current and past organizations. I have hired 100+ engineers and trained then to be a successful QA professionals.For the various customer engagements have worked with them to get projects on quality assurance and provided the expertise areas to them so that the understand what is the quality assurance deep levels that has been implemented in the current organization. I contributed to produce different software quality matrices to ensure that the quality is increased every release of a product.
