- The idea of Aayuni Thota (Aayuni Farm) had already germinated - My wife Shwetha (the ever super architect www.shvetha-architects.in) and me decided to build a small farm house, 70kms from Bangalore and have a farm with rabbits, fowls, sheep, goats and hopefully more- We are now on Airbnb and are designated "Superhosts" - Visit us - airbnb.com/h/aayunithota- Travelled a bit from Madurai Meenakshi Temple to Melbourne’s Master Chef Sets, from Amchi Mumbai’s famed Ganpati Visarjan to Sigiriya Rock, Colombo, from Udupi’s magnificent Bhoota Kola and Yakshagana to Kashi’s Vishwanath Mandir, from Dubai’s cool desert safari to Saranath’s path of enlightenment…..- The family business of manufacturing cotton hand gloves beckoned o A SME run by my mother for the last 40 yearso Travelled in search of automatic machines which would manufacture hand gloves with maximum accuracy. Found them with JUKI machines.o A famous car manufacturer asked us to certify ourselves. First in India to be handed the ISI certification from the Bureau of Indian Standards for Cotton Knitted Handgloves!!! Setting up a Glove Testing Lab with the most advanced testing machines to creating large scale documentation to roaming within various departments to acquire the license! What a journey!o Tripled the Sales (very clichéd, but the fact it is) and ofcourse the margins too, though the absolute numbers are miniscule compared to any large factory!o 10 people working for the factory, no supervisors, no finance department, no other department, everyone works on manufacturing handgloves! Of the 10, 4 of them have been there since 1986!! What a blessing!! o Learnt Tally, put the Tally license on the cloud and outsourced the data entry!- Remembered that I had been working in the Analytics/BI Industry and need to get back. Hence certified myself with a Tableau certification to start off with!

Lead a team of 120, across domains of Analytics and CRM. Responsible for delivery and overall revenue numbers and client delight. Completely hands-on and have been responsible for setting up the onshore unit with a list of more than 15 clients. Also responsible for building the onshore infrastructure in a completely new region and involved in hiring and professional growth of resources. Currently building the offshore unit in India and responsible for all delivery including implementation of machine learning algorithms and extraction of actionable insights from data and contributing towards the right statistical models to be applied.

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

To move beyond Delivery and added Sales to the portfolio. Was responsible for the account contributing to the highest revenue numbers for Equifax India. Expanded the current portfolio from one ongoing project to several Analytics and BI development projects. Stakeholder management (both internal and clients) were the main focus. Two new clients (retail) were added to the existing portfolio of BFSI.

Saudi Arabia

Was brought in as a consultant to head and implement the entire BI and Analytics life cycle at one of the large banks in Riyadh, KSA. With a team of 20, consisting of Informatica experts (for ETL), IBM Cognos Experts (for BI implementation), SAS experts (for statistical modeling) and IBM Unica experts (for Campaign Management).Successfully implemented run-time BI reports across branches of the bank, with security controls, implemented a few statistical models using logistic regression and implemented multiple consumer campaigns using Unica. The team grew from a 2-member team to a 20-member team over a period of 2 years.
