REL has a experienced team of Bridge designers and consultants, I am lucky to be a part of this team and had good learning experience with team, my roles and responsibilities include: • Study of Bridge Behaviours for various loading conditions.• Preparing analysis Models in MIDAS Civil and Sofistik programs and application of different loads acting on it and analysis of the prepared model.• Design of all the structural components-Super-structure, Pylons, Abutments, Piles, Foundations etc.• Preparation of structural design drawings and reports.• Proof checking the designs submitted by the contractors.• Inspection and assessments of the bridges.• Preparing the review reports on the design submissions. • Conducting the discussions with design consultants to clarify and correct any discrepancies in the analysis results and reports. • Providing inputs to keep up with the project schedule by reviewing the design submissions and correcting the reports if necessary.

• Analysing the basic configurations of the structural elements of a Building, preparation of framing layout of the structure.• Consideration of strength of the various materials involved in the structure like Grade of concrete, Grade of steel, masonry and their effect on the structural design changes.• Co-ordination with architects, engineers for the changes/revisions.• Preparing analysis Models in STAAD PRO or ETABS and application of different loads acting on it and analysis of the prepared model.• Design of all the structural components-Columns, Slabs, Beams and Footings.• Preparation of structural design drawings.• Communicating with respective building contractor to ensure the structural stability by frequent visits to the sites for checking of the reinforcement.• Operated large commercial projects under budget with effective management of people and materials.• Estimated project construction costs for various commercial projects.• Wrote daily detailed reports logging work progress for quality assurance purposes.
