New Project Procurement planning and developing a product in a specific timeline, Developing New Suppliers and Electromechanical parts for New Projects , Alternative Parts Searching and suggesting to team in BOM , Import purchase , supplier Audit , BOM Cost Control & Techno commercial Negotiation in each parts . Knowledge of SGST, CGST , IGST & HSN Code , Quality tools ,Certificates , inspection report and Co-ordination with Store ,account Team ( Completed Project -Solar Home , IOT based AC & DC Pump monitoring , Pump Controller system From 1 Hp to 20 Hp , Solar Inverter & ongoing Project - BMS , LI ion Battery Energy storage product , heat Ex-changer , Water ATM )

 Inspection of new parts (Making Inspection Reports) & also joins design team in FPA & PQ of new product. Inspection at IQC (including Both Electrical & mechanical Parts) Handle In-process Quality issue & also improve subcontractors Product Quality at final stage. Preparing & Monitoring (Analysis) of Suppliers Performance and also Making Monthly IQC Reports. Work in Audit team takes External Audit of Suppliers & Subcontractors.
