As an MTech student in Industrial Biotechnology at NITK, I aim to apply my knowledge and skills in biotechnology to solve real-world problems and contribute to the advancement of science and technology. I have a BE degree in Biotechnology from The Oxford College of Engineering, where I learned the fundamentals of molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, and bioprocess engineering. I have also completed a two-month internship at NIMHANS, where I gained exposure to the field of neuroscience and mental health, and developed skills in data analysis, report writing, and communication. In addition, I have worked as a medical writer at HCLTech for 11 months, where I was involved in creating literature review protocols, conducting systematic reviews, and writing scientific documents for various clients in the healthcare sector. I have proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and I am fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada. My core competencies include research, writing, critical thinking, and teamwork. I am passionate about biotechnology and its applications in health, environment, and industry, and I aspire to pursue a career in this field.
