Lead the D2C effort by onboarding merchants and merchandise on our company portal and exposing the stock as products in our Online Ecommerce Store. Spearheaded the Social Media and Online Campaigns and increased the walkins and sales in our brick and mortar stores by 10x. Developed a Model Handicraft Store concept and launched a 10,000 sq. ft store in Indiranagar, an Upscale Uber premium localist in Bangalore.

Designed and Developed a Skill Assement Platform that helped companies save several rounds of technical interviews as well as aid in customized training programs to current employees.

Was responsible for delivery of projects given by Parent SRA Japan, Osaka from clients such as Dai Iichi, Nomura, Toyutsu and Cannon Europe. Responsibilites included Recruitment, Training, Project Management and CMM Level 3 process implementation.
