Battery Test in swapping- Battery charging and Nominal in swapping, observation of any charging related issue and battery Id verify before dispatch.Fault analysis battery- The various issue viz. battery Testing imbalance, LCV, Temperature, BMS faulty, Tracker, spot welding improper, cell degradation, Software & swapping station and co-ordination with manager and R&D team.CAN communication analysis- In BMS CAN software analysis of Battery pack and parameters checking of all parameters, also check any protection of battery packBMS analysis- The software and Hardware BMS analysis, testing its proper working as per the data sheet LCV, Higher Temperature, Short circuit, imbalance, The other protection validation.
