It provided robust capabilities for identifying and extracting various entities from text data. Complemented by tools like Data Parser, Pandas, PDF Miner, and Py-Pandoc, Successfully parsed and extracted data from different sources, manipulated and analyzed it, and converted documents between various formats. Actively worked on applying deep learning techniques to analyze molecular structural data, particularly in the context of drug discovery with a specific focus on protein-ligand interactions. In this domain, I have explored and implemented various algorithms such as PocketMatch, Site2vec, and Lig2Vec on PLIC/PDB molecules data.By leveraging these algorithms, I have been able to conduct docking studies for molecules of the AYURCORO3 drug. This involved utilizing clustering techniques to group similar molecules and training auto-encoders to generate fixed dimensional embeddings for 3D molecules. These embeddings provided a compact representation of the molecules' structural features, facilitating further analysis and comparison.To validate the results of the docking studies, I utilized tools like Pymol and Autodock, which enabled me to visualize the protein-ligand interactions and evaluate the binding affinities.
