 Handling month end closure activities for multiple reporting units. Ensure cost allocations between the cost centers and Profit center allocations are as per allocations. Review of sellex, admin and payroll, AOP reports, counterclaims. Performance analysis, including explanation of variance to plan, forecast. Analyse accurate and timely in-depth business insights by translating variances in financial and non-financial KPIs for senior leadership in Markets and Business to… Show more  Handling month end closure activities for multiple reporting units. Ensure cost allocations between the cost centers and Profit center allocations are as per allocations. Review of sellex, admin and payroll, AOP reports, counterclaims. Performance analysis, including explanation of variance to plan, forecast. Analyse accurate and timely in-depth business insights by translating variances in financial and non-financial KPIs for senior leadership in Markets and Business to make fact-based sound business decisions. Regular catch up with leadership team for review for KPIs, presentations ensure the accounting requirements are met. Monthly P&L analysis and ensure True up, true down analysis and proposing the required corrective actions Owns Trail statement review and quality checks. Coordinating Internal Control Systems audit and ensuring the controls are in place and effective and ensure the work flow is as per SOPs. Coordinating with EY for audit, legal and tax teams in process of internal, statutory audits. Coordinating with different COEs to ensure the day-to-day, month end transactions are properly recorded. Ensure the close process on a monthly basis with quality, timelines and completeness. Perform Global Balance sheet review for every half yearly and make the corrective actions which are highlighted during the reviews. Make sure all the KPI and SLA are met, act as a point of contact to AC and BP. Regular catchup with key stakeholders on a weekly basis and  Variance analysis at GL and cost center level to validate the movements and allocations are made correctly. Connect with inter departments for ensuring the cleanup of accounts and validation of balances.
