Pavan Ghatage is a Technical Architect at Hexaware Technologies. He possess expertise in sql, javascript, hp quicktest professional, mobile testing, manual testing and 24 more skills. Leadership * In our collaboration Pavan has lead numerous time small teams in completing a release of a new version of the app. And because this was an SaMD the quality standard required is very high. Everything needed to be properly documented and audit-ready. Pavan has successfully led these small teams into testing for V&V (verification and validation) and releasing the app, all while documenting the process and results. 4. Dedication There have been several occasions when we had to release at very early or very late hours, work maybe overtime and even on weekends on occasions. I really appreciated that Pavan was one of the engineers who was always there to hep and sacrifice his confort and personal time in order to advance our work and the project.
