- Responsible for leading and managing the store operation to deliver the highest standards of customer service and to maximize sales and profitability in line with company's objectives.- Responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer service are achieved and maintained at all points of the customer shopping experience.- Manage order placement activities to maximize sales and meet stock performance objectives and ensure that stock receiving is done accurately.- Ensure that sales plans and targets are communicated effectively with the team, developing and motivating employees, to ensure the highest levels of performance and achieving sales targets.- Assign tasks and duties to the team to ensure that all shop and operational activities are carried out in the most efficient and effective way.- Prepare schedules to ensure the effective distribution of employees in the shop to match the operational requirements.- Maintain adequate communication with HO to proactively solve any operational problem that may arise, and suggest solutions- Ensure that Vendor and company guidelines are met.- Responsible of the Inventory Control and stock Management in the shop.

DSR (Daily sales report) Sharing with TLs / TMs. Coordination with Category (Feedback), Marketing, Visual Merchandiser. Stock Orders, Offers Updation. Management of Profit Protection Cell [PPC]. Monitoring & updating sales data, analyzing (Annual Business Plan growth [ABP growth]. Raising Purchase Orders [PO] & requisition for Stocks. Floor Management (Man power, Cleanliness, Stock display, Sinages) Analysis of % Achievement Vs Target Sales of the department, Markdown budget, Liquidation of EOL, Accessory contribution to sales, unit sold, Contribution to % of sales/Target achievement, Measurement and management of people productive. Planning, Directing, Supervising work activities of subordinates and staff related to Employment, Compensation, Labor Relations, and Employee Relations. SOP audit Score (department SOP) derived from store walk, Store Auditing etc.Operation process Trainer: Identifying Training and developments needs within the organization through job analyses. Design and expand training and development programs. Developing efficient induction program Devising individual learning plans Producing training materials for in-house courses Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questioners and discussion with line managers. Evaluating training and development programs. Amending and revising programs as and when necessary in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment. Researching new technologies and methodologies in work place, learning and presenting this research to the management. Developing HR training and development strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long term staff requirement.
