Leading 4000+ people spread across 14 plants / sites in 6 states of India, belonging to all 4 business groups, of which around half are white collared & half are blue collared (Union & Non-Union). Responsible for strategy & execution, aligning local business priorities to group strategy.

Had a dual role to head corporate HR along with central functions for India & lead Clean Mobility business group operations

Took a break to backpack & travel across 11 countries from Rio to New York in 3 months, learning about new cultures, meeting people & collecting experiences.

In this consulting role, I gained strategic exposure by assisting the Director of the company in making new business plan, business development & operations of HR staff Augmentation. Achieved 400% growth in 5 months, Faurecia was also a part of this success story.
