ABOUT PROMOTER :Mr.I.K.Venu Gopala Reddy, founder and Managing Director of Prakruthi Infra and Shelters (India) Pvt ltd, was born in  Atmakur, a small village in the Nellore(dist) of Andhra Pradesh in INDIA.His father was a primary school teacher.He did his degree form V.R College,Nellore and migrated to Bangalore in search of a means for life.He started his career as a small time civil contractor and started taking up house contstruction projects and later on ventured into building of telecom towers. Eventually, he started " Prakruthi Shelters Pvt Ltd" and through which, he started various real estate projects like apartment building and layout formation, with more focus on North Bangalore and with proximity to the International Airport. HOUSING PROJECT DIVISION :The company did several economical housing projects like " Prakruthi Meadows " at Amruthahalli, " Siva Prakruthi " ( a premium flat project ), " Talakaveri Project ",etc., to name a few. Since then more than 25 such prestigious projects were successfully completed by Prakruthi Shelters and our main strength is the satisfaction of our esteemed customers who either buy for themselves again or bring new customers, which shows our quality interms of construction and service. Recently, PRAKRUTHI GROUP expanded it's operations to TIRUPATHI, VIZAG and NELLORE. In a short span of time, the group successfully completed " Prakruthi Srinivasam " and " Prakruthi Srinidhi " projects at Tirupati. Similarly, we successfully completed " Prakruthi Nagar " project at Nellore. Quite recently, we have launched " Prakruthi Indraprastha ", a hybrid combination of housing and villas project spread over an area of 45acres, at Tirupathi which has received overwhelming response from our customers. There are several projects in the pipeline at all of our locations, namely Bangalore, Tirupathi, Vizag and Nellore.
