• Support sales teams with strategy and solution framework to develop and deliver customized solutions to clients.

• Strategic Management - Responsible for the strategy, goals and execution of the organization to scale and structure the development organization, processes, and delivery pipeline to support business objectives.
• Agile Project Management - Responsible for developing the agile organization and leading the agile transformation.

• Business Management - Overseeing sales, Marketing and Service Management including people, process, project and technology.

• Managing Product release, Infrastructure and production environment
• Monitor and manage effectiveness of infrastructure support services in providing excellent customer service by talking to customers on a routine basis and conducting customer surveys and ensuring high end-user.
• Functional leadership of Software Development, Infrastructure, QA, Support Service and Implementation.
• Define, prioritize and lead the daily executions of the software development and Infrastructure team.
• Agile Project Management with Scrum.
• Handling various project management aspects like Request for Proposal, Project Planning, estimation, project budget, and finalization of functional/technical specifications, configuration management, change control.

• Lead and Work with multiple teams to deliver Product in line with project schedule ensuring adequate quality of delivery.
• Handling various project management aspects like Product road map, Project Planning, estimation, project budget, and finalization of functional/technical specifications, configuration management, change control, risk.
• Improve all aspects of the software development cycle, including functional and technical product specifications and quality assurance.
