• Responsible for Complete ownership on design, packaging, analysis and delivery of complete product (Electrical Cabinets/Cubicle and Underframe cable tray) • Updating project status to manager on weekly basis, managing partners billing hours, work allocation, work planning/ prioritizing to meet delivery targets• Overseeing Mechanical integration on (Electrical Cabinets and Underframe cable tray) for metro train using Catia V5 (Lead 5-6 Consultant Engineers for Design activities)• Reviewing 3D Model, drafting / 3D FTA and coordinate with simulation team for validation.• Packaging Connectors, Relays, Circuit breakers, switches and defining Equipment mounting, Interface locations within cabinets.• Designing weld frame/cabinet and IP65 cubical with compliance of EN ISO 15085 Standards.• Based on the synoptics, Schematics, connectors, and device list, route the harness and classify /grouping all class cables based on bundle diameter • Conduct design reviews within cross-functional teams and Providing engineering support during Prototype manufacturing.• Nominated for World class Engineer (WCE) and Guiding team members to reach the required competency level to perform the assigned task independently.

• Engaged with customer, internal team and understand the projects requirements and create new product specification in terms of product features.• Assembly and Dis-assembly of High-Level Assemblies) for Reverse Engineering.• Support and create technical feasibility study on new product concept.• Physical verification and gap analysis between BOM V/S Physical Product.• Good knowledge in physical qualification tests like, Heat treatment, Salt spray, CMM, Radiographic and Dye Penetration

• New Product Developments according to the Customer’s requirements.• Involved in review meetings with clients for Design Optimization and Creation of Laser cutting and costing drawings for Quotation.• Preparing Solid models, sheet metal components, forming tools and generating 2D and 3D drawings using solid work and AutoCAD.• Preparing drawings for Jigs & Fixtures for Non-Geometrical bending components.• Creating BOM, PFD, CP, TFR, PPAP, PFMEA and work Instructions documents.• Involved from prototype product manufacturing to testing / dispatch.

• With Engg drawings reference figure out required materials and process.• Develop maintenance plans for equipment and machines to make sure smooth production during working time.• Standardizing methods and processes for production.• Write work Instruction for operators and workers.• Analyze operations to set standard working time and find ability improvements.
