With over 16 years of dedicated experience in the FMCG industry, I embarked on my career journey in 2006 as a Merchandiser at PepsiCo. Swiftly climbing the ranks, I assumed the role of Supervisor in 2007, overseeing the Merchandiser Program at HUL GT(TT). In 2012, I embraced the challenges of the MT realm as a Field Supervisor, managing Promoter Programs at HFS HUL MT until 2014.In a pivotal career move, I transitioned to PPMS in 2014, taking on the role of Operation Executive, and rapidly progressed to Operation Manager within the same year. In 2016, my journey led me to CPM, where I served as an Area Manager, steering the ship for GSK & HUL Merchandiser and Promoter Programs until 2022.June 2022 marked a new chapter as I joined Love In Store as a Zonal Manager, overseeing the Reckitt Benckiser MT Merchandisers and Promoter Program. In a testament to dedication and expertise, I earned a promotion to Program Manager within eight months, a recognition of my role in spearheading the MT Abinbev Merchandising Program since March 2023
