I have been working as an Investment Manager at Square Yards, a leading real estate platform, since October 2023. I have developed core competencies in analytical skills, start-up leadership, and strategy, as well as a keen interest in the real estate sector.As an Investment Manager, I am responsible for generating leads, conducting cold calls and meetings, collecting cheques, and working on multiple projects. I have learned to use the CRM system of the company, called SQUAREBEATS, to manage and track the customer journey. I have also partnered with project sales offices and developers to facilitate and close deals. I am motivated by the opportunity to help customers find their dream homes and to contribute to the growth and innovation of the company.
