• Foglight used for Performance and Capacity management in our company.• Installing and Configuration of Foglight Management Servers (FMS) and Foglight Agent Managers (Fglams).• Deploying Foglight agents/Cartridges on required hosts.• Monitoring Foglight servers and Troubleshooting issues with FMS/Fglams/Fglam agents.• Upgrading the Foglight servers to newest version available.• Adding Vcenters to Foglight and making sure the data collections of Vcenters is fine.• Upgrading VMWare cartridge versions to latest version.• Moving off some Vcenters to another Fglam if specific Fglam is overloaded.• Troubleshooting CMDB jobs: these jobs are responsible for daily VM count on our monitored VMware environment.• Foglight in our environment is used for AA of VMs; it is extensively used by IPAAS and IAAS teams.and also by WAAS. We are responsible for troubleshooting issues related to Foglight.
