This is tool is used by calibrator for visualizing data models and read documentation created by developers. At present current calibrator’s workspace consists of PDF’s describing the documentation, a2l and Hex files. Analyzing the model has to be done in a different tool, where as with the eHandbook tool it is possible to analyze the model with more speed and robustness. It is also possible to pass on the calibration results saved in container given by the developer such that proceeding level of calibration engineer will be able to process existing results. EHandbook tool will be able to open a container format with extension (.ehb). .ehb format is actually zip archive of contents including the models and images designed using the dita format. This tool also has features like Integration to MCD tools like INCA, which is a simulator tool for hardware model simulation. The documentation is designed using international format called dita.
