Client Services Manager
Current- Simplestream is a UK-based, globally recognized provider of streaming and front-end application services, offering OTT SaaS solutions to broadcasters and content owners. Simplestream enables linear (Live), non-linear.
- Act as the 'Voice of the Customer,' working with product teams to incorporate and test feature suggestions, improving customer satisfaction and reducing feature-related tickets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot product and client issues, minimizing escalations to higher-tier support and delivering cost savings.
- Demonstrate expertise across key service domains—such as subscription billing, metadata management, and video ingest workflows—resulting in more efficient and effective troubleshooting.
- Provision and configure client CMSs during onboarding, enabling tailored modules to fit specific business needs.
- Deliver CMS training sessions to clients post-onboarding, enhancing user confidence and minimizing common user errors, leading to consistently high satisfaction scores.
