Responsible for managing complete erection and handing over to commissioning for complete boiler package that includes erection of erection of structure, pressure parts, SCR, air ducts, gas ducts till chimney with complete safety and quality. Responsible for multiple vendor management. Responsible for client communication for interface issues. Resolving the interdepartmental conflicts and establishing effective communications with PMG, Engineering, CCC, SCM, HR and Finance.

Involved in carrying out project planning of civil part of pipe rack, 5000 mt structure, 8 lack IM and 2 lack ID piping erection, hydro testing and commissioning. Responsible for planning of erection and commissioning of piping and equipment's for Coker. Involved in planning of under ground piping 48 ID desalination line for 2.5 km.

Planning of fabrication and erection of turbine structure, bop, auxiliary boiler. Involved in planning of CW liner for about 10 km. Carried out material reconciliation on quarterly basis. Planning and billing client and contractor for mph.
