• Experience with B&T fully automatic Italian technology body Ball mills, Hydraulic Presses, Horizontal driers, spray dryers, Glazing lines, loading unloading B&Ts. Roller Kilns, Packing machines, Air compressors, Generators.• Experience with INTESA (SACMI) Digital printing machines.• Planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments to increase machine uptime and equipment reliability. • Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Operations & Maintenance expenditures.• Exposure in devising significant solutions, managing day-to-day Maintenance & manufacturing operations for making effective utilization of man, machine. • Ability to handle multi-task and work effectively in a fast paced working environment Handle the tasks of scheduling and planning maintenance work to ensure smooth operation of electrical maintenance staff.• Expertise in installing, testing, commissioning & maintenance of electrical equipments.• Ensure Quality Management System processes are established, implemented and monitored.• Regular analyzing of organizations Electrical Load Consumption with Ratios and analysis.• Reporting to Top management about Electrical Maintenance and where improvements are needed.• Experience on Maintenance spare parts supply chain overview, Repairable parts & Non-repairable parts or consumables.• Collaborated with plant supervisors, technicians, and outside vendors in administering maintenance activities in addition to upgrade and necessary repairs of facility.• Good understanding of Electrical Drawings, Planning of Projects, Erection & Maintenance.• Experience with PLC Programming variable speed drives and HT/LT switchgears, motors, transformers, UPS, batteries & chargers.• Experience with AET (Area effective teams), KAIZENS.
