Focus on timely and cost-effective talent acquisition to fill organizational gaps.HR Operations: Maintain individual employee records, creating a comprehensive database of files that are regularly updated with supporting documents such as certificates, mark sheets, salary slips, PF forms, and other relevant materials. Conduct exit interviews and manage formalities for outgoing employees, ensuring timely and accurate full and final settlements.Employee Engagement: Oversee all employee lifecycle activities from joining to resignation. Handle grievances to ensure a seamless integration of employees into the company’s framework.Performance Management Systems: Manage the complete appraisal process, from distributing appraisal forms to delivering appraisal letters to managers. Prepare a comprehensive database of appraisals, including experience, ratings, and past performance.Payroll: Prepare payroll sheets and manage leave deductions within the leave management system. Maintain payroll data on a monthly basis.
