Experienced in creation of structured technical documentation using DITA based authoring, MS Word, MS Visio and Adobe frame maker for producing product user guides, brochures, articles, illustrations and circuit diagrams etc.- Responsible for Creating user guides, brochures, online help files, etc... for various web based application.- Responsible for DITA based authoring for maintenance manual(AMM) using structured Adobe Frame Maker and Arbor Text Epic Editor.- Responsible for creating graphic IDs and illustrations for Wiring and circuit diagrams using Microsoft Visio and photoshop.- Man hour’s estimation for work orders, preparing weekly and monthly reportsbased on proposed and actual work in progress.- Responsible for Work order allocation and keep a track of individual wrok productivity by maintaining daily timesheets.- Responsible for implementing modification summary and Service Bulletins in technical documents, this included analysing impact on aircraft illustrated parts catalogue (AIPC), AMM, and Wiring Diagram manual (WDM).- Incorporation of user comments created by operator, this involved checking with engineering document and validating the user comments.-Responsible for interacting and raising queries with SME's through e-mails and voice calls to seek work order clarification.- Responsible for final publishing, SAP incorporation, and creating materialmaster for new parts in SAP.
