I have worked on more than 15 projects and currently working on a logistics product " BOXON" and handled a big team at onsite and Remote. I have started my career as a dotnet developer and been in the programming world for about 7 years and still program during the free hours along with managing the projects. I have been participating in all phases of software development life cycle from start of my career. As a technical project manager i am able to motivate and drive a team successfully because of the technical experience besides the manager's experience. My responsibilities in current role include review of the Business requirements, getting approvals from client manager, participating in the design & architecture of the project with solution and database architects, making sure the coding standards are properly followed and corrected in case required, coordination with QA teams, review of completed modules with the client, making sure builds are released as per the time line, release of beta versions, coordination with support team for hot fixes. My projects are combination of waterfall and agile methodologies.I come from a technical background and have worked on Microsoft C#,ASP.NET, MVC, Angular JS and SQL server. My technical expertise will actually help the team and the client in terms of requirements gathering, Architecture improvements, Estimating timelines , QUALITY DELIVERABLES, solve complex issues and helping team on technical issues
