• Administration related to the following areas of work – processing new consultant’s documentation, review and check relevant registration forms for EXP and its associated companies in Cyprus, Serbia, Luxembourg, UK and Oman.• Onboarding of new contractors • Compliance and Customer care – assisting the company Director in organising files e.g. Service Manuals, liaising with accountants for cost management. • Communicating with service partners for work permits / local registration of consultants. • Creating, managing and updating EXP contractor’s database.• Responsible for credit control, timesheet and invoicing process.• Managing contracts of clients, drafting Service Level Agreements and other necessary documentation.• Keeping clients informed of payment activities and changes/updation in contractual agreements. • Dealing with the day to day queries of the contractors and resolving them in the shortest time • Managing the complete contract cycle from start to end of a contract

I am from a call centre and a commerce background with diverse experience. My career started as a call center executive and I carry a varied experience of working with customer service, collections, back office, and retention. I have been a credit controller and some of my core responsibilities involve following up with clients for payment processing, and to communicate with clients through emails and phone calls. Some of my core competencies involve strategic planning skills, effective reporting and communication, program development and implementation, and organizational cohesiveness.
