My position also demands a balance of creativity, drive and interpersonal savvy and lead a team of recruiters.Responsible for streamlining the current Talent Acquisition procedure and to roll out strategic initiatives for managing day to day hiringSupervise the recruiting team and report on its performanceTo implement a robust selection process to ensure high quality hires (multiple rounds of interviews, implementation of aptitude tests and/or psychometric tests etcDesign and deliver innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business growth needs and generate diverse pools of applicants with tight control on costsOptimum utilization of various channels of sourcing available with focus on direct channels like social media sites, blogs and job sites, employee referrals and less dependency on recruitment consultants and implementing new sourcing techniquesEnsure the applicant tracking system remains updatedVendor ManagementAdvise hiring managers on interviewing trends and techniquesRecommend ways to improve our employer brandingCoordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needsBuild the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partnersBuild relationships with engineering talent in the ecosystem.- Source passive candidates through networking, direct sourcing and occasionally working with external executive search firms.- Screen candidates very deeply, conduct competency based interviews and drive offer process, salary recommendations etc.Effectively utilise the resume database, applicant tracking and reporting systems.- Other duties as assigned to support the Human Resources / Operations team.Share and exchange information with weekly, monthly dashboards.
