Authorization/Authentication (SCA)/Fraud consulting:▪ Assisting global top Issuers, Acquirers and Digital Giants in improving their Authorization, Authentication performance across various segments. Significant improvement in their performance within six months of engagement (Delta in Approval rates to be (+3% to +5%)). Developed retrial strategy and FRM linked recommendations to improve approval rates for one of the top digital merchants in the Merchant initiated /recurring transaction portfolio.Cross-Border Portfolio Analysis:▪ Worked with China's top 5 issuers to analyze their cross-border financial portfolio versus its prior performance and that of benchmark. Few strategies around the Overseas Student and Frequent Traveler segment were recommended in regaining the performance it had during the Pre Covid period.Travel Propensity Model:▪ Built a Propensity model for travel for issuers in targeting the customers to increase their engagements in travel . Model has an accuracy score of 74%. Used stratified sampling technique in picking out representational data set and VIF to remove the non collinearity.
