Current• Ensuring to take care of all the Production jobs running in real time and if in case it stuck, getting it checked with the respected team asap.• Creating SOPs for the different applications tool introduced from clients.• Ensuring quick and correct assessment of the issue, including identifying the impact to a specific customer and engaging the appropriate resolver team to resolve the issue.• Recording all the activities in incident till closure. (i.e., sending email notifications, assigning task to resolvers updating incident notes, escalations, updating RFO and correct closing codes).• Attending Meeting with clients and discussed for the scheduled changes from various department.• Organizing stands up call among the internal team and seeking for the work updates from individual.• Having regular ticket analysis check the resolution, the process compliance, and the communication quality.• Monitoring client networking infrastructure services using cisco Meraki and BMC helix dashboard, L1 troubleshooting and triaging as per the SOP/Runbook.• Verifying the basic configuration in the Routers, switches during service down and performing port toggle and ping status of the services.• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues. And managed, monitored all network devices.• Troubleshooting the transmission media issue like link down, device down and packet drops.• Co-ordinating with the field team, whenever required to support their investigation and restoration of faults.• Responsible for incident life cycle following ITIL. And ensure stated productivity requirements are met for the engagement.• Monitor Autosys jobs in different environment and providing front end support.• Monitored control M batch jobs in different environment and providing front end support.• Making sure for the all alerts related Temperature/Pharmacy/Servers/Rhapsody/ Control-M/Autosys/Networking should be monitored and responded within SLA
