Responsibilities:• Responsible to market the on bench consultants.• Discussing with the client about the description and responsibilities for a job and the level of performance expected from the candidate (expert/intermediate/Senior/Mid/Junior, etc.) and deliver the same.• Updating the resume of consultants daily in the portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder etc.• Submitting the resume of the consultants for the requirement posted in the portals.• Sending hotlist of the consultants to preferred vendors on a daily/weekly basis.• Knowing the updates about the submittals made.• Develop and format resumes for effective initial presentation of the candidate to the clients.• Schedule in person / Telephonic interviews.• Building up good Database of candidates and clients.• Maintain accurate applicant tracking files for all the candidates considered for a specific position.• Finding suitable requirements for candidates on bench.• Extensive search on Internet sites for job postings.• Involved in active submissions of candidates on our H1 for C2C positions.• Placed Green card holders and Citizens on our payrolls for different skills.• Monitoring and follow-up till final selection.• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting such as sourcing, screening, contacting, confirming, interviewing and placing qualified talent.
