I'm a Research Associate at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. As an ambitious professional in the healthcare and science industry, my goal is to contribute to optimizing the complex healthcare landscape in the United States and improve the efficacy of bridges between science and medical practice. I've gained a fundamental understanding of human physiology/biology, research, and the healthcare system through my rigorous coursework at Rutgers University. I'm determined to continue expanding my knowledge and understanding of the industry to best situate myself in a position of real impact. Having also pursued a minor in economics fueled by a passion for understanding capital markets and effects at a microeconomic level, I regularly read up on the impacts of the healthcare industry and system's structure and associated costs on patients and their families. Lately, I've focused on understanding how artificial intelligence can optimize precision medicine and contribute to increasing efficiency while not sacrificing efficacy of care, thereby reducing costs and time while creating effective treatment plans.I hope to contribute to optimizing the healthcare and scientific industries in order to provide the most efficacious care at the most affordable price for patients in need.
