I'm responsible for this division which develop, according to the customer needs, special projects using HIWIN key components like linear motors, torque motors, but also mechanical standard components like Ball screws and linear guides.The target of this department is to try to support the customers, fully or partially, to speed-up new projects or renew old applications, using the most modern technology available in the market nowadays, taking care of the required performances and the production costs.

EMCO-Famup is a manufacturer of machine tools for CNC machining processes such as milling or turning of metal parts. Description of the functions performed:- Preparation of the project plan, cost analysis and benchmarking - Planning of the work of the design team and preparation of safety documentation of machines and technical instructions for the production department.- FEM analysis and calculations to optimize the design in terms of duration and cost - Coordination of the design and planning phases of open projects , with checking over the timing of various stages of development and achievements. - Interface with various suppliers to optimize the production of the machine components

FRIGGI is a producer of CNC machine tools for steel and aluminum cutting industry. Description of the functions performed:- Project and design of special turnkey bandsaw machines- Direct contact through the sales department and travel at customer locations to optimize the design processes

POLIVINIL is a manufacturer of rotational moulding machines for large size thermoplastic materials. Description of the functions performed:- Project development, calculation and design of the whole machine, preparation of the bill of material and support to the production dept. to optimize the assembling processes

SIGMA is a producer of machine tools for CNC milling of metal parts. Description of the functions performed:-Design of small groups and support to the realization of prototypes.-Support Service for the development of modifications and improvements to the products. Interface with the suppliers to ensure the smooth progress of work and the quality of the products.- Direct contact through the sales department with different customers and Sales Engineering Consulting Office for the realization of turnkey projects. Design of sheet metal covers and mechanical units and project of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
