As an Executive and Statutory Electrical Engineer, my responsibilities and accomplishments are:■ Planning for preventive maintenance, substation design, load forecasting, pumps station design and Substation maintenance.■ Ensured safety of workmen & officers in regard to preventing accidents related to engineering operations and installations. ■ Significantly improved protection circuits and got the approval of permissions for HV Substation Installations from DGMS.■ Executed Stringent methods to ensure my colleagues and subordinates to follow Shutdown procedures and SOPs.

I also focus on business development and identify new problems statements to brainstorm and chalk out plans for the feasibility and development of new products.

Responsibilities: ■ Coordination of all aspects of production planning, including the selection of manufacturing methods, and routing of operation according to product designs.■ Project scheduling and budgeting of parts to successfully and quickly complete engineering projects.■ Release weekly, monthly targets for shop floor and outsource the excess capacity and review the progress of the same.■ Estimation of achievable sales target and proposing changes accordingly.■ Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics and computer-generated reports.■ Use of lean manufacturing principles to develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods.■ Provide technical guidance, peer review, and mentorship to junior engineers.■ Ensure compliance with product specifications and standards requirements.■ Setting up schedule and target dates allocating operations to different facilities in-house, brainstorming to reduce the cycle time of production, reducing critical time along with properly coordinating the movement of sub-products, follow up, acting as a bridge between departments of the plant.Accomplishments:■ Executed 34 projects successfully having product quantity of 73 product units during FY 2015-16.■ Efficient utilization of old FG inventory worth of 10 Lacs was achieved by better tracking and maintaining the inventory list and with minor modifications.■ Process Improvement-Created history record for outsourcing cost for FY 2014-15 which was used as the ready reference for repetitive jobs that resulted in time and cost saving.- Many papers using activities were crashed and modified that resulted half of the paper usage in my department.
