• Establish annual personal performance plan and daily sales action plan. • Develop and maintain positive member and staff relationships. • Ensure that staff members are providing consultative member service. - Conduct member profiling methodology to determine member needs. Confer with members on various products and services to meet their needs. Explain benefits/features. - Open accounts, accept loan applications and conduct loan closings. - Act as a bridge between members and departments to promote and enhance new and existing relationships. - Resolve errors and member complaints. • Initiate sales-and-service activities. - Set and achieve personal sales and sales-referral goals. Participate in setting and communicating Branch sales-and-service goals, and lead in achieving same.

I was chosen from a pool of 500 people to enter a leadership development program. The company was looking for recent graduates with business degrees and after multiple rounds of interviews I joined this program. Throughout the program I had the opportunity to work in multiple roles. Spending time with multiple departments and learning about the corporate leadership structure, company visions and organizational goals are just some of the things the program consisted of.
