- performing Investigator site qualification prior to signing any contractual agreements- conducting all types of feasibility inquiries and start-up activities at the study sites- collaborating with the site study teams concerning subject pre-screening and recruitment- collaborating and facilitating on-site or remote monitoring- ensuring protocol compliance via creation of functional and technical application documents and tools

- Managing the overall day-to-day activities of the clinical research projects.- Acting as the site's point of contact for all feasibility and start-up activities- Preparing regular data reports and financial reports to the hospital's executive board- Working with all Principal Investigators and Sub Investigators to ensure that the trials are meeting the site's target and producing meaningful output - Understanding the requirements of the various controlling bodies, agencies and frameworks, guiding the projects in compliance with those requirements and coordinating any necessary audit processes.

- Facilitating and coordinating the daily clinical trial activities and plays a critical role in the conduct of the clinical studies- Scheduling study participant appointments and serving as the patient liaison to the PI and otherparticipating physicians.- Reviewing and understanding each assigned protocol including study proceedings and timelines,inclusion and exclusion criteria, confidentiality and privacy protections- Completing case report forms. Extracts data from patient devices in a timely manner - Responding to data clarification requests within the time frame, specified in the protocol agreement- Coordinating with PIs and department to help ensure that clinical research and related activities are performed in accordance with Federal regulations and sponsoring agency policies andprocedures.- Assisting the PIs in development of materials and tools necessary to appropriately train individuals involved in the conduct of the study around issues related to protocolrequirements, schedule of visits, execution of research plan. Maintaining records and otherdocumentation of training.
