Engaged in strategic product development.Initiated 4 strategic features. Each of them was developed for more than 2 quarters, with iterations for their improvement. Created concepts for future planning to test new features before starting design or development.Designed onboarding processes, PLG (Product-Led Growth) for acquiring new users, and explored ways to transition users from old functionality to new. Analyzed and designed statistics and reports within the product, depending on the stage.Collected and accumulated a large volume of user data: analysis of interviews and client requests, business metrics, architecture comparisons. Compiled interview scenarios for PMs on my own initiative to ensure the quality of collected data and discover the true needs of users.As the main tools in my work, I used CJM, Information Architecture, and diagrams with overlaid use cases and defined target audience. Used wireframes and prototypes to demonstrate ideas and hypotheses to teams and users.Validated product decisions made by PMs in all parts of the product. Collaborated with PMs to prioritize hypotheses and select MVPs, define technical constraints, and create tasks for product designers and developers. Ensured the integrity of the product so that PMs from different parts of the product were aware of what other teams were doing. Worked closely with PMs, designers, and developers during and after the implementation of MVP features.Created a metrics tree and studied the impact of new features on PLG and Sales metrics.

I started as a developer for the company's internal industrial products.I began to devote more time to the duties of a product designer.Worked in `Axure` and `Illustrator` , created complex `User Stories` with positive and bad outcomes.Created detailed prototypes for various company’s projects. Conducted interviews and usability tests.I told the team about the principles of UX and the benefits in long-term perspective. It allowed to create clear, tested, thoughtful and focused on the team and users goals.I moved to a team with two frontend developers, four backend developers, and a business analyst. We were focused on one internal project. I chose `Material Design` for this project.I switched to `Figma` and `Miro`, tried different design methods.Sometimes I participated in small projects of the department. I helped colleagues from other teams with UX and CX activities.I studied as `UX/UI designer at the Bangbangeducation`. I structured knowledge and learned new methods, started to draw prototypes on paper with pen more often.I changed position to interface designer. The person in this role is also responsible for the project: its appearance and perception by users, testing the final result of the development, checking the compliance of behavior with user scenarios, participating in user training, discussing with the backend how to organize data representation for different user roles.The project had the second version. It became more complex and the audience has expanded.The size of the system is 9000 pieces of equipment. From each of 20-10000 signals every 100ms-1s. About 1000 users. System similar to CRM and ERPI used `CJM` `JTBD` `User Story` approaches, communicated with the customer, conducted interviews usability tests.I supplemented my knowledge by studying at `UX-Research at the Higher School of Economics`
