LADA as a part of RENAULT GROUP. Vehicle architecture department. Participate at 3 vehicle projects and 2 platform projects. Presenting the department concerning the project. Convergence between all participants (customer performance, parts and assembly development, geometry, weight management, project synthesis and style) of the project at upstream, development and industrialisation phase. Arbitrage of difficult points. Managing the work force / work load balance, budget balance. BOM and DT management (Bill Of Materials and technical definition) Managing the reference scenario of the project and control the definition of the project, control the schedule and standards respecting on the project. Report to the director, chief vehicle engineer project progress and problems.

Bureau of Vehicle digital mock-up. Managing (creating and update the structure) the digital mock-up, tools for digital mock-up. Managing digital lots: check for correct filling, organize the schedule and frames, problems resolving. Participation at project schedule preparation in terms of digital development phase.

Local (AVTOVAZ inside RG) lead of process of “Digital mock-up and digital convergence”. Make sure all the participants are understanding and use the standard process and tools, training, update and new tools creating, arbitrage. Update standard process for new reality, features, trends etc.

Local (LADA as a part of RG) lead of “Product, Process, Customer requirements and Styling convergence” process. Make sure all the participants are understanding and use the standard process and tools, training, update and new tools creating, arbitrage. Update standard process for new reality, features, trends etc.

Packaging, integration, lead of engineering for vehicle area, convergence inside architecture zone between all the projects participants (customer performance, style, part and assembly development teams, weight manager, geometry, product definition etc.), tooling go ahead approving, tolerance (G&S) management, control on the plant etc.

Racing cars and modified. Assembly, rebuilding, repairing. Selection and installation of parts according to customer's request, creating (milling, cutting, welding) the parts. Modification of vehicle (body, suspension, powertrain, interior, electrical etc)
