- Coached and mentored Eastern Europe Sales Leadership team (incl. 7 Senior Directors and over 30 Senior Sales Team Leaders) on talent management, succession planning, comp&ben, people issue resolution for the Eastern Europe Sales organization of 300+ people- Managed tough ER cases to the best satisfaction of the company and the employees and in accordance with P&G values and principles- Reshaped the Sales recruitment strategy: guided the Talent Practice to create a healthy pipeline of talent for the Sales function across 30+ cities in Russia. By the end of my assignment Sales had 0 vacancies open for more than 2 weeks vs 10-15 ongoing vacancies when I started- Led the attrition analysis and the efforts to fix it. Within 2 years reduced attrition in Sales (and specifically in new hires) by half

- Developed a solid Europe Employee Value Proposition through data analysis, focus groups, surveys and executive interviews- Worked with creative agencies to develop a new visual style for European Talent Initiatives based on our corporate guidelines- Launched P&G CEO Challenge Initiative across Europe (20 countries). The media campaign to support the initiative delivered over 20mm impressions and over 10k applications. As a result, P&G image improved dramatically across the TA and the initiative was picked up for global re-application- Supervised the IT Business Challenge Initiative across Europe aimed to bring in more digital talent - Lead Ideation phase of a global project on improving P&G candidates' experience. The result was a creation of a 5-year vision to improve UX experience for P&G candidates across the globe
