I joined its Moscow branch when it just exceeded revenue of 1 billion and repeatedly broken the records of revenue every year. Company was at its peak when I started working as Chief Financial Officer. My duties were set higher than for the standard CFO functionality. I beard responsibility not only for the finances and accounting team, but also for logistics department and wheelhouse as well. Comprehensive experience gained throughout my previous career has enabled me to assure shareholders with lower business risks along with increasing revenue and profit, through decreasing expenditures, comprehensive business analyses, and continuous internal process improvements.Within two years, shareholders and board of directors appointed me to the CEO (general manager) position. My responsibility and functionality increased drastically from leading team of 6 accountants and logistic managers to managing cross functional staff exceeding 20 employees, which included marketing, sales, warranty repair and other departments. At a later period, tasks set by the board of directors and shareholders have drastically changed to adapt with highly complicated business environment and increased pressure from outside forces. I built financial reporting system which was required to control new businesses and implemented risk management systems to decrease all possible risks.After two years in the financial manager position, I was offered group internal auditor position with reporting directly to the group board of directors. After this assignment significant part of my work laid in the area of forensic and internal audit, which meant reveling possible deficiencies in all businesses the shareholder possessed and offering the shareholder necessary improvements along with consecutive control of this improvement. I have delved into the problems of airport construction and management, car production plants, investment in businesses abroad.
