I had risen to this position all while maintaining an ardent sense of good design and well considered project management. As a lead architect, I had responsibility delivering design drawings including highly detailed both independently and while guiding others, reviewing works of other team members, cooperation and discussion of project decisions between all participants of the project, authority engineering approval, material and equipment selections, architectural supervision on site.

MosEnergoProekt is a subsidiary of Gazprom Russia and is engaged in planning and implementation for new construction, reconstruction of combined heat and power plants, thermal power plants and heating network facilities. I was delivering highly detailed technical drawings and specifications for the construction and was responsible for the on-site supervision. It was a great opportunity to work side by side with technologists on a project where the architect is not the main decision maker but completely depends on the decisions of other specialists. It taught me the flexibility and coordination with consultants, engineers, contractors and suppliers, verifying technical concepts and participation in approval processes.

Managing small and medium scale projects, forming relationships and coordinating design decisions with consultants, engineers, and contractors. Designing across all phases, from coceptual design to construction documentation. Have successfully taken on many roles, gaining experience in project marketing firm branding, financial, and the orientation of new emloyees.
