Responsibilities:- Build and maintain test environment- Prepare test cases based on feature requirements and specifications- Verify features and fixes are correctly implemented- Perform manual tests- Report bugs in bug- tracking tool- Prepare test reports

Support Analysis and troubleshoot issues connected to Endpoint Security products – Anti-Virus, DLP, Encryption, HIPS• Incident Management (ensuring all alerts, issues are accurately logged, reported and escalated appropriately)• Performs health-checks

• Accept, solve and close the support tickets assigned in a timely manner• Ensure full and accurate ticket documentation at all times• Fully document every ticket including all resolution steps• Contribute to achieving team’s targets through providing positive and flexible solutions• Demonstrate strong work ethic• Collaborate with other team members to ensure delivery of high quality service• Ensure constant self-development using day to day work, web-based trainings and any other available tools• Participate in team sessions to revise feedback received and discuss with the Quality Team how to refine service
