Leaded team of talented extraordinary analysts and data scientists in various projects applying Artificial intelligence in:1) Successful developing antifraud system for top-3 Insurance Companies in country from the idea to production system;2) Digital transformation of several state institutions (Federal Tax Service, Federal State Statistics Service) using Data Science approach (NLP, clusterization , classification algorithms).

Working as a bridge between technical people and scientists (my team) and contractor's business needs in Artificial Intelligence projects in Insurance (fraud detection), Industry ( Supply Chain analysis), Oil and Gas(supply chains), banking (anti-money laundering)

1) Organising events - Hackathons, tech. case competitions.Attracted $80k+ of sponsorship for events from top russian tech.companies (Sibur, MegaFon, Yandex, etc)Organised 3 whole events, including attracting sponsors, marketing of event, inventing the concept.2) Communicated with research laboratories, revising their research results, which can be commercialised/patented or be the foundation of new startup companies. 3) Was in the begging of Phystech.Start startup accelerator.
