Pavel is an expert in methodology of the development of the large systems (organizational, social, state, business).Pavel Kamynin holds a BA in Strategic Management and an MA in HR Management from the State Research University Higher School of Economics. Currently he is Project Work Manager in the Skolkovo Business School. He has 20 years of successful experience in methodology, organizational and strategy consulting, and future studies. With the team of International Methodological Association, he took part in wide range projects: society and politics, reforming, finance, management, advertising, urbanism & housing, strategy development, education, non-fiction literature and many more in Russia and abroad. 2012 – 2015 he ran the Moscow Office of the Youth Time International Movement, the NGO with headquarters in Prague, Czech Republic. He was responsible for development social projects for young people, organization of the YT events and elaboration methodology programs for them. He also coordinated efforts of the scientific group, as well as moderators, experts, trainers. As a result, the YT Movement had reached the next level in terms of the quality and professionalism of its activities. It gathered enough authority among professional communities over the Globe, expertise and relations, arsenal of approaches and tools and experience to continue pursuing its goals after his move to Russian Railways. 2010 – 2012 Pavel was responsible for designing projects of corporate culture development, business ethics and internal communications in compliance with the current processes of reforming of the railway holding JSC «Russian Railways». In 2015 he provided intelligent performance support for talent management strategies, design trainings for top-managers of the JSC Russian Railways and produced related learning content.2016 – 2022 – project work manager, game-master, and moderator in the Skolkovo School of management (#1 Business school in Russia, top 40 in Financial Times). He constructs educational programs to develop entrepreneurial way of thinking within young business elite in CIS countries.
