Успешный опыт запуска и реконструкции стал пропуском в ЦО X5 Retail Group, где с 2008 отвечал за проекты открытия новых объектов больших форматов: от планировки до красной ленточки. За два года количество открытых гипермаркетов X5 выросло с 20 до 55. С 2010 руководил отделами планировок, запуска и реконструкции форматов супермаркет и гипермаркет. Под руководством Павла появился отдел операционного запуска - десант поддержки открытий.Проекты: с 2011 Павел руководил проектами интеграции приобретаемых торговых сетей в X5. В результате ряда интеграций в ЦФО, ЮФО, на Урале и в Татарстане - X5 получила суммарно более 800 ребрендированных Пятерочек, Перекрестков и Каруселей, включая реорганизацию офисов и прочих активов.Единственный период вне ритейла Павел провел в ОМС, крупнейшем операторе аутсорсинга в России, где разработал и применил проектную методологию интеграции приобретаемого B2B-бизнеса. Неоценимый опыт получил в период поддержки запуска управляющей компании кампуса ДВФУ на о.Русский во Владивостоке, где отвечал за запуск службы гостеприимства (гостиниц и общежитий) и первый заезд 6000 студентов в августе 2013.ИТ: с 2014 Павел в X5 использует накопленный опыт для реализации проектов с IT (так и без) составляющей в торговых сетях и корпоративном центре.
