Shaping the vision of Kaspersky SD-WAN

· Acted as head of technical expertise in Fortinet and Ixia products, responsible both for pre-sale and post-sale areas, developed a technical solution, specifications, PoC projects.· Performed as a technical support expert for FortiGate and achieved a maximum Distributor Resolution performance rate and maximum Average Customer satisfaction ratio and held it for 3 years in a row.· Administered a Fortinet related engineering community in a chat where every engineer could share their experience and resolve issues quickly, chat has grown for over 2000 members.· Actively increased a Fortinet knowledge among customers and partners, conducted a technical webinar, created online/offline hands-on workshops.· Conducting information security audits of company IT infrastructures, forming a list of recommendations and a roadmap with actual steps to improve security posture.· Designed and implemented a network stress testing stand using FortiGate and Ixia Breaking Point products. Stand allowed to create a best practice for fine tuning FortiGate with high network loads.
